    Necessary evil

    A common little problem on discoverys. Good thing I bought two because the first one snapped while trying to fit it. Not necessarily the part manufacturers fault but quite possibly a Land Rover design flaw. Take your time and don't try to spread the plastic clip too far, it will snap.

    The item is similar to OEM but more of a plastic rather than rubber. After putting it on, it was slightly loose but I used just a dab of clear silicon

    Fuel door lock clip

    Cheap brittle plastic . Do yourself a favor and microwave the clip for three minutes in a bowl of water before attempting to install. This will make the plastic more mailable so that it doesn't break during instal .
