Contacted seller because post said new! When I received the charger the box was open! And this thing smells very used and maybe even blown up. IDK because I'm afraid to plug it in due to the fact I will be charging lipo Traxxas battery! Any how the seller tells me there was no way I got an unopen box that he sells hundreds of these.
