They were ok with me returning them for a refund as long as I purchased another pair of the right size, and once that was done they would send me my refund once they received the returned pair. Not UGGS cheap there cheap ones but they charge the same price UGGS have there brand label on there also there not merino wool there kangaroo very disappointing too pay good money for cheap ones also contacted them an proved they should have ugg label an sent them pics of the kangaroo packaging they came in all they didn’t care the pic is from the last reel pair of UGGS I bought last year real ones there very uncomfortable too not happy a waste of money
