    Not properly packaged for a long trip

    The item was not placed in a box but was covered with a layer of bubble wrap then plastic. Upon receipt of the item it was dented and therefore the cover does not fit properly at one end. Apparently heavy items were placed on top of it and since the metal casing is a relatively thin grade, it kinked to one side.
