Reached out to the seller due to a camera fault.
In the set up process, I activated the 4 digit passcode option. Turned the camera back into test feature to access menu. Camera asked for the four digit passcode however the camera won’t allow me to enter digits 2,3&4 of the passcode.
Seller asked me to reset the camera. Can’t reset it on account of the faulty passcode.
Ive asked the seller to send a replacement.
NIL RESPONSE. I’m now out of pocket $280.
Seller has gone silent.
