- n***w (317)- Feedback left by buyer.Past yearVerified purchaseBooks arrived in a timely fashion, were well packaged and, in good condition. The problem I have is with the description and the fact that there is a duplicate copy. I think all I have to say is who wants a duplicate copy in their personal collection of a book that's worth $4. I will agree I should have looked closer but, I am collecting all of the Redwall books and looked at the description to make sure they were hardcover and in good condition duplicate copies didn't even cross my mind.Brian Jacques Lot of 9 Novels Hardcover Fantasy Young Adult Redwall (#256366578979)Reply from: austroantiques- Feedback replied by seller austroantiques.- Feedback replied by seller austroantiques. Our photos showed a duplicate book. Customer ordered regardless. Customer requested to send the duplicate back for a partial refund. We agreed, but indicated we would not pay for the return shipping of the single book. Customer became accusatory in messages relying on this argument of "people don't want duplicate books," accused us of being "intellectually dishonest" due to them receiving the exact books they saw in the photos of our listing, and then no longer wanted to send the book back.
