    I’m so impressed with this seller. One of the glasses in the first shipment arrived broken, and she was quick to replace it and even sent an extra one which worked out well because one of them broke as well on the second shipment. I am convinced this was not because of the packing, which was quite thorough on both shimpments but I believe a flaw in the design of the glasses — they’re just really fragile at one specific stress point. Thank you Dickermom!

    Hi! I am so so sorry about the glass! I just saw this message now. I have another lot of two that I will give to you if you are willing to split the shipping cost. I just calculated that to $50cad....so $25cad total. But I'm not sure how to do this. Let me know if you are interested and I will then figure out the details... Again I am so sorry about the breakage and also the lateness of my response. I never received a message from Ebay that you had a problem :(
