4.1

ausdrücklich kein freiwilliges Widerrufsrecht gewährt.

4.2

Die Widerrufsfrist beginnt nach BGB §355 Punkt 2 mit Abschluss des Vertrages.

4.3

Um den Widerruf auszuüben muss der Käufer dem Verkäufer ausdrücklich mitteilen

dass er vom Kaufvertrag zurücktreten möchten.

Mit Erklärung des Widerrufs hat der Käufer die Waren unverzüglich, spätestens

die Mitteilung irrtümlich oder aus Verwechselung erfolgte.

4.6

Das Widerrufsrecht entfällt auch für private Verbraucher, wenn es sich um Waren

handelt die eigens nach Maßen oder persönlichen wünschen und Bedürfnissen des

Käufers angefertigt oder verarbeitet wurden und im Falle eines Widerrufs nicht

mehr veräußert werden könnten.

Ebenfalls entfällt das Widerrufsrecht wenn die Waren durch den Käufer oder einen

von ihm beauftragten Dritten derart verändert, manipuliert oder beschädigt wurden,

Ich würde hier nie wieder etwas kaufen. Wir haben einen Turbolader bestellt, auf der Abbildung war er mit Elektronik, în der Beschreibung stand nichts das die Elektronik nicht verbaut ist. Es kam also ein Turbolader ohne Elektronik. Damit konnte ich nichts anfangen und schickte den Turbolader zurück. Ich warte eingang în der Firma weitere 8 Tage und frage dann nach meiner Rückerstattung. 14 Tage scuter habe ich immer noch kein Geld zurück
