Yes, the bottle of phosphoric acid I recently received was as described by the seller and does work remarkably well as a rust converter/remover however, I was a bit annoyed with the time it was taking for the order to transit just from interstate. Ongoing delays and rescheduling of the package arrival date meant it took several weeks for the package to turn up.
