I was offered a refund as they didn’t have the item I had ordered. I agreed to the refund, rather than wait an undisclosed amount of time for them to obtain stock. Despite my sending messages every day to ask why I hadn’t received a refund. I still had to wait for a week for them to refund me. I feel really disappointed as can’t get the item in this country and I wouldn’t have the confidence in this seller to order again from them
