Ordered 15/11/22. Was told item wasn't in stock despite the ebay listing advertising as such. Item wasn't sent until 1/12/22 due to this. Sent back the old part for our core deposit to be refunded. Seller acknowledged receipt on 27/12/22 and said the refund would be processed in 7 business days. After many delays by the seller, my final email on 31/1/23 to chase up the refund received no response. It was only after I lodged a complaint on Ebay on 6/2/23 did they finally refund my core deposit.

Hi I apologise for the issues you experienced. I understand there were delays that you had to deal with, I also am well aware that we communicated to you about the delay on supply of the pump regularly. With the return of your pump, it was through our Christmas break, we weren't open on the 27/12/22 it was a public holiday in South Australia. We then were delayed in work due to the Christmas break and I apologize again for the delay due to this.

not recommended , very poor communication .we sent our old diesel pump back and was advised as it's not the same as the one supplied, don't bother post your old one back, there is other suppliers on ebay that selling much cheaper without sending your old injector pump.

Hi Yosi you purchased an exchange Nissan GQ Patrol TD42 diesel fuel pump 104760-4570 / 16700-0Y911 As per our ebay store T&C's the correct item number as listed must be returned to receive a core refund. You returned a 104760-4020 which is different. You have ordered the incorrect pump & fitted to the vehicle without checking the VIN or item number that your removed from the vehicle. Is the owner of the vehicle aware of your mistake & do you intend to rectify? We are happy to help if you need.
