      Great pins, cheap power supply

      The pins were easy to change out. My games start up right away. The power supply feels cheap and way too light. I haven’t even plugged it in. I’ll probably donate it to ARC. I bought for a second console I have.

      Plus and minus on this one

      Bought this SNES adapter for the Nintendo virtual boy which uses an adapter box and uses an SNES plug to allow you not to have to use 6 batteries. The plug fits a bit loose in the socket so I've completely lost power mid game from even the slightest movement. Also where the wires come out of the plug box, one of the wires was unsheathed a tad so you can see the copper. Otherwise it works for what I needed it, which was to power a Virtual Boy.

      You get what you pay for.

      I bought this adaptor for my Famicom AV console, because I heard that a Sega Genesis model 1 adaptor is one that would work. Well, it DID work. However, it causes light interference with the reception. I have another universal adaptor that works perfectly, with no interference. And it's made MUCH more heavy duty. This NES/SNES/Genesis adaptor is made SUPER cheap! It's so light-weight that it feels like nothing is inside of it. Nothing like a standard AC adaptor. They're usually heavy. If you need an adaptor for your NES, SNES or Sega Genesis, I recommend buying a real, official adaptor for your console. It's worth paying more to get a better quality adaptor. And I'll be taking my own advice. I'm going to order an official Genesis model 1 adaptor for my Famicom AV. This one was a waste of ...

      I found an old Super Nintendo at a yard sale missing the power cable This 9v ac power adapter worked out just fine with the NES console. It was a really great value for the price.
