Seller notes: “Vintage Case XX 6254 Stainless USA Red Bone Trapper and it's been carried, used and sharpened and ... “Vintage Case XX 6254 Stainless USA Red Bone Trapper and it's been carried, used and sharpened and has the name Emerson lightly inscribed on one blade and it presents with scratching on the blades from being carried, used and sharpened over the years. It's a great Great Collectible and there's no wobble in the blades which appear nearly full but it does have two chips in each Red Bone handle at the center pin on each side. This is not a common knife to see anylonger and overall it works great and looks amazing. It measures 4-1/8" closed and still has great snap on both blades, the nickel silver bolsters and nickel silver liners look great and the handles are a tad pocket worn as Emerson obviously carried this knife for years but he must have taken relatively good care of it and it shows. It has the oval Case Shield and Case XX Stainless USA Tang Stamp denoting the years of manufacture between 1965 to 1969. Great user knife or even a better collectible with character. You be the Judge”
