You must MAKE SURE you are ordering the colour you want. Seller gave immediate feedback. Seller was emailed within an hour of ordering, to inform them of the problem with the colour description, but they did not respond and just sent white. I should have made sure of what colour I was ordering, which is why seller is getting Neutral and NOT negative.
