These are good quality buckets with lids. They were shipped using heavy cardboard packaging and although delivery was a little delayed due to postal issues, they arrived without blemish. I look forward to using them and would not hesitate to purchase from House Naturals again. Vendor kept me notified regarding status of order as well as the ability to track with the postal service.

After notifying seller the package arrived a week later. The buckets are fine but were packed tightly w/o any separation paper so some are stuck together. Three requests to seller for tips on how to separate them have not been answered. 10 of 24 purchased are still stuck together.
