What the rest if the world still uses
This is a quality product. Chrome plated copper with a nice balanced feel in your hand. I have those cheap razirs I bought on Wish™ but I was looking for a razor like Grand dad used to use. This will last me the rest of my life. The blades are extremely inexpensive and available everywhere. If you have a beard like I do, those overpriced multiple blade razors are useless. Ask yourself, " Do professional barbers use more than one blade?" I buy my Personna blades at the 99 cent store. They are made in Israel, where people need a good blade to cut their thick beard. I love this razor and have talked my head shaving friends into getting one too. Just the huge savings in buying blades is reason enough to get one. A much better shave as well.

cut me up
this razor was not good at all. i used this type for years and they were good just old. this MicroTouch razor is too light and the blade gap way to wide i nicked my face with ever pass.. it stated chrome covered brass but i find lots of plastic.. i dont know if it was a knock off or what but ill stick to my 1960s Gillette safty razorVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

The shaver is great shaver well only bad thing about it is that the shaver was tied down using a zip ties it was hard to cut it off I had to struggle getting it off I could not fit the scissors between the blade head to cut it off. Excellent Value And a Fine Shave - As Fine As Any!
A lot of people will complain that it is a cheap Chinese razor - But it is indeed modelled directly after the mid 50's-60's Gillette Super Speed, is solid brass and chrome plated, and it will indeed last you a lifetime and it shaves just as well as any of my vintage Gillettes (Fat Boy Slim, Blue Tip, Super Speed). Yes it is a mild razor, but if you shave every day or two this is exactly what you want to be kind to your face - With typical beard reduction of 2-3 proper passes, no matter what your beard type, you will absolutely get a very comfortable and smooth shave! Make sure you pair it up with a proper shave brush and soap/creme and it works extremely well - The included blades do a decent job to start but look to Astras or Feathers to really make this razor shine! This is my daily go-to, and I have my vintage razors in occasional rotation - I am so happy with the value of this razor I have gifted probably 6 of them, and keep two tucked away just in case. You can spend more (a lot more), but at the end of the day you arrive at the same place - A close, comfortable, affordable shave: You can't argue with that!

Great double edge razor
The blades work better than any other brand that I have ever used. The only think I don't like about it is the handle is to small and to short.
