Die Urkunde kam mit einem Knick an. Nach Bemängelung beim Verkäufer bestand dieser auf Rückversand der geknickten Urkunde zur "Begutachtung". Ich habe dem Verkäufer ausreichend Bilder geschickt und angeboten, die alte Urkunde zu zerschneiden oder auf andere Art und Weise "unbrauchbar" zu machen. Darauf wurde nicht eingegangen. Kulanz ist absolute Fehlanzeige. Zudem gibt es keinerlei Nachweis über die Existenz des ausstellenden Instituts, daher der Titel "ORIGINALER EHRENTITEL" sehr irreführend.

Bei unserer Art der Verpackung ist es "UNMÖGLICH" einen Knick in die Urkunde zu bekommen. Da müsste auch die Verpackung von Aussen beschädigt sein. Dieses war auf den Fotos nicht zu erkennen. Hätte der Kunde uns die Urkunde zur Begutachtung zurückgesendet hatte auch die Möglichkeit einer Kulanzerstattung bestanden.
