Very good quality, excellent materials. It has a useful function to control volume from the sound card and also be able to switch on or off the MIC or Headphone function. Looks great and has a good length lead/USB connector so its very flexible. It has three connectors - it can take MIC and Headphone each with its own lead or can accept combined MIC/Headphones/Earphones with one lead (like iPhone Earphones for example). Good little gadget
The volume nub doen't control the "Windows Volume" but the device volume. Not a bad thing, but just so you know. I really like that there is a mute light indicator that knows when the device is muted even if it wasn't muted with the buton on the device.
