Card was listed as BIN or Best Offer. I made two offers close to the asking price--No Response. Finally when asked, seller said he wanted full price. I purchased it full price, and it took five days to send card. When asked, the seller stated they were out of town. Very slow to communicate. Seller has not even left any feedback, and it has been two weeks since i made the purchase. THIS SELLER DOES NOT POSSESS GOOD EBAY BUSINESS SKILLS, AND SHOULD BE AVOIDED.
