Was waiting for other Byers with same problem and give sellers time to apologise they didn’t realise product defective from moisture contact, that hasn’t happened. I ordered zigzag papers and were all stuck together, sent photos to sellers they replied papers darker colour ( like I brought zigzag papers painted them different colour and stuck them together to upset sellers I don’t know) absurd, did refund only after Iwas going to escalate complaint, then received nasty message from them.

I would say the problem was from your end we have sold a high number from the same batch with no complaints, you are blocked from dealing in future.

Have been using the mini maxi rolling machines for 15 years. The ones received have a different material for the skins and find them difficult to roll ie gets stuck. The attached photo shows delivered on the left and normal skins on the right. Trying to use them but not easy 😕 the windproof lighter doesn't work and have tryed putting gas on with no luck.

amazing we have been supplying Minmax for around 20 years and this would have to be the first complaint ever, the lighter needs to be gassed you turn off the bottom valve depress the valve to release any gas that may be in the lighter then refill with quality gas turn the vave on sit for 10 minutes for the lighter to reach room temperature your lighter will be ready to operate from then on.
