As customer reports, tracking show order was delivered on March 20th. Yet, more than a month after he says item was not received--and never attempting to contact the seller to see how we might help--he leaves negative feedback and suggests this situation is somehow our fault? As out otherwise 100% feedback suggests, we are conscientious sellers who take pride in our customers and value the relationships we've built in 25 years on eBay. Unfortunately, we cannot perform miracles.
