    Good Pans

    What's good: Very even heating, looks very well built. Not good: Slippery and uncomfortable handle. Comments: This is a great stainless steel skillet. I love how evenly it cooks. You could use very small flame and it will evenly distribute the heat. With a bit of seasonign, the pans does not stick too much. Not as slick as a proper non stick but it's half way there. Only a bit of scrubbing with warm water and some nylon pads needed. No need for any soap (not recommeded anyway). I would recommend getting the 10inch version for most people. 12 inch is very spacious but i find that 80% of the time the extra space is not needed and this size is significantly more cumbersome to handle and wash.
