    Egg Poacher

    The Scan Pan egg Poacher is high quality cookware..the pan is copper clad on the bottom for quick even heat distribution. The lid I'd tempered glass so you can see your eggs cooking. The egg Poacher part is removable so you also have a lovely saute pan to use. The pan is high quality stainless. I purchased two...one for a gift

    Yummy eggs

    Really easy to make perfect poached eggs. My tip is to just lightly simmer the water no boiling is required otherwise the water tends to spit a little around the lid. Use a timer to Get the consistency of the eggs just how you like them :)
