Fantastic! This item fits just like the OEM part and It came in the certified Lexus box along with the receipt from the dealer. My 2000 GS300 had an extremely rough shake at idle and it was because my resonator was cracked and had openings. I had duct tape sealing the cracks but it was a temporary fix. This Resonator has all the inlets/outlets and the heatshield under the resonator is included. VERY happy! thank you!
