We had refunded the customer as it is not their fault that they had been over charged for postage, we always will refund any customers who encounter this, unfortunately Australia Post as of 2022 has become relentless with trying to make more money from the stamp prices and will be upping it again come April 2024, their way of trying to get rid of mail is to have Post offices charge extra to try and deter people away from getting a good price on products especially with inflation.
