It arrived in 2 days (free 2 day shipping from this seller, promotion when you spend over a certain dollar amount) it was in perfect condition with not a scuff, scratch or crack anywhere. Battery life was/is still great. Came wrapped up nicely and with a charger. I have had the phone for about a month now and zero issues. I am very happy with my purchase and will be purchasing another one for my boyfriend soon. Thank you!

Called Verizon to assist in setting up and transferring data from old phone, no issues encountered. This vendor gets a rare 5-star award from me. Great quality!
