Called Verizon to assist in setting up and transferring data from old phone, no issues encountered. This vendor gets a rare 5-star award from me. Great quality!

I submitted the return request and had a return label in less than 24 hours and a credit was applied to my account as soon as they got the earbuds back. Top notch customer service. I would buy from here again.
