The delivery was good, well packaged and in good time. The print quality here was not seamless and the print lines were visible. Some time was taken to clean up excess plastic on the model. The item received was defective and not in line with the photos shown online (no fireplace and missing pieces). That said, the seller was quick to respond to my messages and happily offered a refund with an explanation of how this had happened. After the return was processed I was refunded fully, meaning I could source the product elsewhere. Hopefully it was a one-off, as other customers seem to be very happy with their items, so I wish the store all the best.
