My item was delivered to the wrong address so I reached out to the seller the same day, within minutes of the delivery, letting them know they needed to contact UPS so that they could re-deliver my item. Seller didn’t respond for a couple days and so I reached out again. A couple more days later I was told they contacted UPS and nothing could be done since the original delivery was March 18th. They didn’t reach out to UPS in a timely manner, or possibly at all. No apology no nothing. Terrible CS
