Snails arrived dead and squashed and stink. Shipped in plastic bag. Contacted seller and when I suggested that they use a box to safely ship live snails they replied, if I pay an extra $10 added to purchase price they would send them in a box.

1) If I would sending in the box, there would less space for them, and no additional food and important protection. 2) in the box sometimes comes also squashed. It how the post office works. 3) In the box they usually can't put it into the letterbox - therefore snails can die on the sun...4) I'm always return the money if client is unhappy.5) I'm always put more snails to the bag - to make additional benefit to the client.6) Therefore people usually write me good feedback and receive more;)
