Ok this is a highly qualified positive recommendation based solely on the seller’s pleasant communications and prompt refund upon receipt of my return. Item was not “new” as described and was defective. So I don’t know if a buyer should expect an unopened package per eBay’s definition of “new.” Mine was received unsealed as pictured.

Shipping was slow...but came from China, so.... Packaging was good . Shoes were made VERY cheaply. The insole appears to be made out of paper or a very thin cardboard. No arch support at all. I contacted the seller for a refund. They responded quickly. They offered me a 50% discount in lieu of returning the shoes to China. They refunded 50% of the total back to my credit card VERY quickly. I kept the shoes and use them as slippers. Great customer service.
