Sent items that had visible cat urine stains that smelled terrible. Stated they thought items were contaminated during shipping, not true bc they were sealed in ziploc bags & the urine was dried on the items, not on the bags. Even if some items didn t have cat urine on them, they were sealed together & the smell permeated through every item. Seller did refund my money but I shouldn t have had to deal with this at all, it s unsafe, unsanitary, & easily avoided. Never received an apology.
