The item was listed as new, but the photograph showed wear and a partially detached label. So I made a lesser offer which the seller rejected. Then I contacted the seller and relayed my concern about whether it was new. The seller responded and said it had been worn twice and lowered the price to what I had offered. When it arrived it additionally has a tear at the top shoulder seam. Hard to believe it was worn twice.
