Excellent communications with seller, any product issues were resolved fast and with compassion with anything that was not as described. Outstanding care in packaging and shipping the likes of which I have never seen. Sewing machine was padded inside 4 separate boxes with re-enforced padding and foam. I dare say it could have survived a nuclear blast point blank! I recommend this seller based on speed and quality of shipment, care in packaging and outstanding communication skills.
