Soldering On
To be honest i only bought this dvd because it was cheap, and i didn't expect it to be a classic, but how wrong i was. This film is excellent and shows how Black and white soldiers in America just couldn't get on together. There is a lot of racist language in the film that some people will be offended at, I thought it added to the context of the film and I actually felt embarrased at society for being so bigotted. The main characters in the film are very strong chracters and the film uses flashbacks to follow the story, The story is about the death of the black officer who had staggered home from the bar, but tensions are heightened when it is suggested white soldiers killed him, but could it really be one of the black soldiers that killed one of their own, this is a wonderful film and you ...
