Seller was helpful and communicative. Unfortunately, item arrived damaged and did not play tapes so I had to return it. Seller said it must have been damaged in transit. Item was very well packed, packaging was in tact and undamaged so I don't see how. I have worked in a refab shop for coin op devicea so I know how this goes. I don't blame the seller and they were easy to work with.

    Would recommend this product

    It does what it's supposed to. I bought it to play old tapes and it does that fine. Has a super fast rewind feature. I have not tried to record with it and have no need to use that feature. I am using it to convert tapes to digital.

    Didn’t work out of the box

    Tape player said it was tested and wouldn’t load tape at all, tried multiple tapes. Player is broken
