We accept returns in the following circumstances:

Faulty Goods Supplied/Damaged in Transit.

Incorrect Goods Supplied.

Faulty Goods will be covered by a warranty and/or guarantee. You may choose to either take advantage of these, or return the product. Either way, please contact us promptly upon discovering the goods are faulty. Should you choose to return the product, we ask that all accessories are returned also. Where possible, we also would like original packaging used; if the original packaging is not available, please use reasonable packaging to return the product. We strongly advise you use a recorded and/or insured method of shipping; we cannot take responsibility for goods we do not receive. If you have chosen to return the faulty goods, we will within reason refund your shipping costs along with your refund for the goods.

For goods damaged in transit, please return in original packaging. Please contact us upon discovering the goods are damaged. We will offer to replace the goods, or refund your payment for the goods.

In the case of incorrect goods being supplied please contact us and we will take it from there.
