      The product was unknown if it worked as he could not test. I confirmed it did not work and was not repairable after setting to factory default. The sellers description was correct and was AS IS. Still worth a shot to try to save my player. Delivery was good. The Post Office did ship back to the original location it was shipped and had to send back again to AZ again. It was funny in a way because the PO screw up and was on them to solve the problem. Still a good seller. Highly recommend.
