We simply asked the customer to let us know what size he had received. Without even waiting for us to suggest a solution, he immediately left this negative and unobjective review. We actually wanted to offer him either a refund or to send him various other sizes to try out free of charge. Despite this customer review, we still offered him this, but he refused.
