these are nice phones but I wouldn't recommend getting them for younger kiddos. I purchased 3 of these one for my 5yr old, one for my 7 yr old, and one for my 16 yr old. my 2 little ones like to download games and play with them... after a few games the phone is really really slow and they get frustrated waiting for a game to open. very frustrating. on top of that you can't download many games before it starts saying your memory is full. my 16yr old loves the phone for drawing.
