    The Souler Opposite (DVD, 2006)

    Loved this film for it's simplicity! Love and what it does to our mind and heart. It completely takes over. Has a Happy Ending and Chris Meloni just takes us there like no other role. Not sure though if some might call over acting but loved this film. I stayed awake and didn't fall asleep. I'd watch again and if you are a Chris Meloni fan, this film has him throughout! Enjoy!~~~~~

    One of the best movies you've never heard of

    Even if the writer/director were not my college buddy, I would still recommend this movie. True to the conventions of the Rom/Com genre without resorting to cliches; excellent early-career performances by Chris (Law and Order) Meloni and Janel (West Wing) Maloney; dialog that is little short of Woody Allen quality. This is an undiscovered gem of a movie that simply didn't have the promotional resources behind it that the big-budget studio pictures get. Well worth a look.

    For Chris Meloni Fans Only

    Is this what passes for romantic comedy today? What a lifeless, laughless, loveless waste of poor Chris Meloni's talent. And how did he get paired off with that slackjawed drip, Janel Moloney?? She's about as interesting as grits (without butter!) His infatuation with her was highly implausible.
