    Great little phone for the price

    Bought this for my wife to help her transition from her old flip phone to a smart phone. Her primary requirement was that it had to have a keyboard! Choices were limited but I went with the Samsung given their reputation for quality electronics. We were not disappointed! For basic smart phone functionality this phone is a great option. Yeah, by today standards it's 'old' technology, but voice quality is fine, battery life has been good so far and it's simple to use. Can't say how durable it is since we only owned it for a month, but so far so good. Yes, I'd recommend this great little phone!

    Great value! Big flaw - can't stop email from beeping

    I bought 6 of these so far. All truly were unlocked, and only needed SIM for Ting wireless ($20/mo/user). We have 4 in use. I bricked one because reboot uses unmarked volume switch with 50/50 chance to brick phone (AT&T Android SUCKS!). My kid dropped another in the toilet. I will keep buying these until they are sold out because I love the slide out keyboard and the low price, and despite the short battery life, crappy OS and touch controls.

    A good value for the money!

    When I first got the phone I had a problem where it shut off and would not come back on and it was fully charged but eventually days later it did come back on and since then it will still shut off by it self occasionally, but I can still turn it back on. Other than that I like the phone, love the ease of the Qwerty Keyboard for texting, it also takes good pics too. Sometimes I do have bad reception of phone calls, even when I have full service. Over all I am happy with the phone amd I would purchase it again.

    Great first phone for a kid

    It's a great first phone for a kid. The keyboard is not that useful in my opinion as it is too small and does not give you an added benefit to use online keyboard. otherwise, it is a great phone. A bit thick and the screen a little bit small but that should not take any points away from the phone. Quality of pics is not great and it takes too long to load.

    Overall, its a good small phone.......... To start with.

    This phone is definitely worth the price bought at. My biggest pep-pev is size of the phone. It's not all that big, rather its kinda small and the keyboard is a bit troublesome but other than that, the battery life is amazing, and android market is the best of course and, it's just overall, a good small phone.......... To start with.
