    Item arrived not as described. Wasn't new with tags. Had white stuff on it. Didn't want to mess with sending it back so asked for partial refund. Seller agreed. Gave seller time to refund. Messaged her and she said she had sent it. Did not provide proof. I never received the refund. Ebay stated they never had a refund go through on their end. Seller did not get me the partial refund until Ebay got involved and initiated a return. Only then did she get me a refund. Seller lied. Wouldn't recommend

    I am sorry to hear of your problems with your purchase. I did not lie, and believe there was something wrong during shipping to cause there to be a problem. I sent you a partial refund, and then sent ANOTHER partial refund in order for this case to be resolved. I gave Ebay proof that I had sent back partial return payment. Good luck to you.

    Good cartridges.

    The cartridge works perfectly along with the color ones that I also bought. I'm a graphic artist and computer tech and had no installation issue and a wonderful looking flier printed out.

    Seems to be a good value

    Seems identical to the one you'd find in the stores. Just put it in and it appears to work fine. If it continues to work without problems as you would expect from a store-bought cartridge of the same part number, it would appear to be a remarkable value.
