Item sold was brand new and manufacturer sealed in bag. Images shown are water splashes. I offered the buyer a full refund on 6 occasions, each time they declined. Buyer instead tried extorting money from me by wanting a full refund and to keep the item too. I raised the issue with eBay who ignored this. Buyer left the feedback because they didn’t want to return the item to me for the refund. Not exactly fair that a buyer tries to rip me off and I’m the one left with negative feedback
