I ordered the item and after three weeks, the item still hadn't arrived. I contacted the seller regarding the order (to which they responded very quickly) and AusPost was responsible for loosing the package. The seller then re-sent the package with express shipping (i did not initially order with express) at no additional charge. I highly recommend this seller, and so grateful for their help
