      Works but tiny

      The fasteners are very small, and hard to get the tool to readily accept. They also come out somewhat unexpectedly, which is a sure fire way to lose them in the dirt. They do include the fastening tool and two extra screws.

      Not as flexible or easy to install as split rail joiners but much cheaper and they do the job.

      Be careful

      These work well but there may be better out there. Be careful and do not overtighten these. First look will make you think the little screws would break. Not so, a little over tightening will make the brass clamp break at the weakest point. I broke three out of the two 10 packs I bought.

      Poor workmanship

      I placed the clamps over the joiner on my RR, I was snugging up the first clamp, it broke, so then I grabbed a second clamp......same thing. They are designed to go over the rail joiner, but as soon as you tighten them (and not with excessive force), they snap.

      Rail clamps

      These clamps augment the standard rail clamps and allow one to electrically tie the rails to the power supply without needing to cut ties loose. It is very economical with respect to time needed to install.
