    A compact and easy to use knife sharpener.

    A compact, easy and quick to use knife sharpener. No messing around, it fits into the cutlery draw taking up minimal space. Didn't want anything bulky, this does the job.

    As a sharpener it's OK - but that's it!

    I found that this sharpener is no better than many others I have tried. It's OK. But that is all! It seems to be designed as an attempt to simulate simultaneously sharpening both sides of a knife blade with a butcher's steel but, sadly, it doesn't do a very good job. It seems to grind, rather than hone, the edge. For me, the one that always comes out on top is the old-fashioned butcher's steel. It's quicker, better and far more effective.

    Cheap and effective

    I used to use one of the 'wheels' sharpeners but visiting a friend, saw him use one of these and I was sold! So simple, but it works. Nice sharp knives!

    Easy to use

    Easy to use, sharpens knives quickly and safely. Blade is as sharp as a scalpel after using. If you wish to continue to struggle cutting things then don't buy this, it will disappoint as cutting things will be so much easier after using.
