Received the package in good condition with all three bags of coffee, but one bag was not sealed. Asked to have it replaced, but told I can return the order if not satisfied. Don't want to return the order, just asked to have the one bag replaced. Obviously, this person is not interested in doing that, since he knew the bag was not sealed when he placed it in the box.

After 3 days of receiving the item, the buyer demands money for a package that is not sealed.
We recommend returning the order for a refund and he didn't want to do that.
