The handle was previously broken and glued together, a chip in the ceramic seam was showing where it was glued. Seller did not l reveal this in the description nor were the picture(s) transparent with the damaged handle. I wrote the seller and told him how disappointed I was and that I do understand his polidy is "no returns" & noted the mug is not worth returning. Sad

    Excellent South Indian wet grinder for making batter for Idli, dosa, vada, adai, chutney, etc

    We are a very small family of 2 people. We needed a very small wet grinder which can grind one-third cup soaked urad dal and one and one-third cup of idli rice. This Ultra Dura+ wet grinder meets all our needs.

    The product is working good but this has been listed as NEW one but when i open the box its covered by packing plastic wrapper. After removing wrapper it seems this product has been used previously one or two times that i don't know.

    Good value

    I use this to make chocolate from cacao beans. mmmm. Works great but gets the liquor a little warmer than I like. I don't fault the machine since it needs to run at least 12 hours straight. glad to have this almost brand new unit for the price I paid.
