Great Seller, really good communication & even a tracking number for free shipping. Items arrived earlier than expected & were really well packaged in a large cardboard box. The items are exactly as pictured & described. The plastic is a little more light/thin/flexible/pliable than the 10+ year old plastic carafe's they are replacing, but hopefully this means they won't break as easily if dropped.
