    The seller provided a product already used with clear signs of be serviced with glue on the plate, betteries inside the detector, missing accesories, striped packaging, scratchs. After requesting a return and asking for a new one they refered me to the distributor in italy instead of refunding the amount or provide a new one. While waiting for a solution the 30 days period for return expired and they claim now i do not have right for a new item or a refund. Horrible customer experience!!!!

    Gentile cliente le abbiamo detto di contattare GARRETT ITALIA semplicemente perrche' le avrebbero confermato che la sbavatura di silicone sul copri piastra fosse normale e non significasse che il prodotto fosse usato ! pretendeva la sostituzione , ma non sarebbe servito a nulla visto che anche gli altri avevano la stessa sbavatura e le abbiamo mandato anche le foto a dimostrazione !infine le abbiamo proposto anche un rimborso per renderla felice che non ha accettato !!! cosa fare di piu ???
